The Regency Cottage is right at the centre of the city and it’s ideally situated to visit everything Brighton has to offer. It’s a perfect getaway for those looking for a touch of luxury in an ultra-convenient location, The Level park and the famous Lanes are very close by and the beach and pier is a short walk away. The property is beautifully styled to be a place of retreat for anyone wanting to indulge in a stay of an outstanding quality, perfect for a holiday right in the centre of Brighton.

My newly refurbished house is located in central Brighton for a perfect getaway in the city by the sea! It boasts a vibrant, fully equipped kitchen with a chef's hob and a fridge with a water and ice maker- it has everything you might need to whip up delicious meals, leading to a peaceful decked garden to be enjoyed on sunny days. The tastefully decorated living area has a flat screen TV for entertainment and an exquisitely comfortable sofa to relax after a day of exploring.

There is four elegant, bright and airy bedrooms with double beds, fitted with high quality linen for a good night's sleep and two sleek, modern bathrooms that come with plush towels, as well as toiletries. In one of the bedroom, you will find a newly decorated bedroom with bunkbeds & desk/working area. There is also an additional small double sofa bed in the living area that can sleep two small children or one adult.

So, this spacious and sophisticated property can sleep up to 9 guests in total. Just bring yourself and enjoy a stay of exceptional quality in the heart of Brighton!

My home is ideally situated in the heart of Brighton, walking distance from both the seafront and the city centre with its famous Lanes and an amazing selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Colourful and bohemian, Brighton has a great vibe and nearby attractions include the Royal Pavilion, British Airways i360 or the Palace Pier. Enjoy lovely walks along our pebble beach and take a look at the picture perfect huts in Hove, stop for a treat in one of the trendy coffee shops in Kemptown or find unusual gifts whilst wandering around the Lanes. There are also several parks - you will be staying right on the edge of the best of them - Preston Park, ideal for a picnic or simply to enjoy a walk in a green space at your doorstep! There is also plenty of museums, galleries, cinemas and music venues for those in search of cultural experiences.

Brighton has a thriving café and restaurant culture, especially around the bustling Lanes with its many independent shops,bars and eateries. Churchill Square shopping mall is located in the city centre.

Closer to the beach, there is the pier, the Sealife Aquarium and the i360 – the world's tallest moving observation platform! It has a long stretch of seafront bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and galleries, with arcades, outside entertainment and many children's activities.

The spectacular Royal Pavilion is a must see landmark, and there are plenty of galleries, museums, parks and events all year round!

The stunning South Downs are a short drive away and are ideal for a walk, bike ride or picnic.

There is something for everyone in wonderfully unique Brighton!

Brighton train station is 10 minutes away, which provides a direct link to both central London and Gatwick Airport.

Brighton is best explored on foot - the city centre is a 15-20 minute walk away or a short hop on the bus, with frequent services that will take you in any desired direction. There are also plenty of taxis, or alternatively you can rent a city bike if you would like to explore my town and the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs on a sunny day!

Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur.

Dog friendly - if you wish to bring your fury friend please let us know when booking. We limit the booking to 1 dog, however on some occasions we will accept two depending on size.
