The Space
Regency Cottage is a newly refurbished house and is located in central Brighton for a perfect getaway in the city by the sea!
The house boasts vibrancy throughout and has some great qualities including a fully equipped kitchen with a chef's hob and a fridge with a water and ice maker- it has everything you might need to whip up delicious meals, The gorgeous kitchen leads to a peaceful decked garden to be enjoyed on sunny days, with lovely bi-folding door.
The tastefully decorated living area has a flat screen TV for entertainment and an exquisitely comfortable sofa to relax after a day of exploring. More importantly a cosy fire after those winter walks.
There is four elegant, bright and airy bedrooms;
1 x Super King Bedroom
2 x Double Bedroom
1 x Bunkbed Bedroom (2 x singles)
& a small sofa bed downstairs.
All bedding is fitted with high quality linen for a good night's sleep and two sleek, modern bathrooms that come with plush towels, as well as toiletries. We also have a travel cot with mattress and a high chair available.
In one of the bedroom, you will find a newly decorated bedroom with bunkbeds & desk/working area. There is also an additional small double sofa bed in the living area that can sleep one adult.
